3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:
Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹5,000. Orders below this threshold may incur a nominal delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

International Orders:
Shipping charges vary based on destination, weight, and package dimensions. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes (International):
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Ornateonline.com is not liable for these charges.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs clearance)
